Research and Quality Control

All organic materials undergo oxidation reaction. Oxidation can occur in every stage of the life cycle of polymers, i.e. during manufacturing, storage, processing and end use. Such oxidation can change the appearance of the polymer and cause a loss of mechanical properties, i.e. elongation, impact strength, tensile strength, color, and flexibility. Antioxidants protect polymers against oxidation by controlling the molecular weight changes that lead to loss of physical and mechanical properties.

Our goal is to reach the most cost-effective solution in the stabilization of various polymers. The control of antioxidant quality is essential to the final quality of the polymer.

As part of our requirements, we have been ISO 9001:2000 approved and certified since 1997. Click the image below to view our ISO9001:2000 Certification.
